i found the grounds to be well kept, complemented by a fine beach with crystal clear waters and soft sand. the hotel offered separate pools for kids and adults, which seemed like a thoughtful amenity. mamsha beach, with its restaurants, was only a short taxi ride away. staff members were polite and helpful, though the location was perfect! though the parking was expensive.

i noticed that water was not complimentary during breakfast. it was charged to my room, unexpected. I was used to free water in most hotels. it would have been helpful to know this in advance.

the king room sea view i had was spacious and elegant, appearing to be super clean upon arrival and daily cleaning. attention to detail in room design and functionality was evident. housekeeping ensures a comfortable and well-kept environment.

the location was beautiful, its so peacefull. the gym had good facilities, like treadmills and weights. i also found the breakfast was a plus, with a good selection of food to eat.

the ac in my room wasn't cooling adequately, even after reporting this. the phone did not work, i couldn't call for room service. i had to go downstairs to order, this was inconvenient.

it was a really lovely hotel. the breakfasts were excellent and the food at the restaurants was delicious. the housekeeping was excellent, and beach staff deserve a special mention for working so hard.

the bed was hard as nails, i like a firm mattress but i tossed and turned both nights. the pillows needed replacing too.
