The common spaces were excellent. My room included all necessary amenities. Charles from Cameroon was a pleasure to deal with. He provided excellent service.
My room was small by UAE standards. The decor seemed a bit dated. I noticed an unpleasant smell during the first days. I bought a candle to eliminate the odor.

The room was small, very small, for what i paid. it was supposed to be a spacious sea view room with a balcony, but it barely fit the king bed. the noise from the air conditioning was horrible at night too. i didn't get any sleep. It was loud! though the breakfast was nice, i won't book again. bad room, loud air conditioning

I appreciated the breakfast with its large buffet. Friendly staff ensured a cute atmosphere. The availability of good food catered to everyone's tastes. The pool also offered a really nice area.
The car valet service seemed quite slow, as did both check-in and check-out. The car pick-up and drop-off point looked small and congested. This congestion sometimes blocked movement. There was a noticeable delay.
