Sajina and Samitha provided excellent service during the sushi event. The food was great, and their attentive care enhanced the dining experience. The hotel location is very convenient, near many attractions. The staff was warm and professional.

weekend chaosearly pool closure
the breakfast buffet experience was chaotic during the weekend. large groups created a mess, with food scattered and a general lack of manners. the staff seemed stressed and unable to control the situation, which negatively affected the overall dining atmosphere. the pool closed too early in the evening. with the early sunset, the pool should have been open later.

I appreciated the hotel's convenient location, midway between the city and yas island. This allowed for easy access to both areas. the door staff were also very efficient. They promptly secured taxis whenever needed. the food was AMAZING!!!
