Really good stay

wonderful variety free access efficient service

The Saffron restaurant had a wonderful variety of dishes. The hotel provided access to both the Lost Chambers Aquarium and the Aquaventure Water Park. This made for engaging days. The Imperial Club was particularly beneficial, providing helpful and efficient service..

The luggage arrival to the room experienced some delay. We had to rush to our dolphin experience without changing.

Fantastic Experience!

Subhojit always checked in with us and ensured we were happy. He made our suite look very nice and went the extra mile. Mostafa, the assistant reception manager, was very cute. The staff generally were helpful and attentive, this.

The front desk sometimes had long queues during peak hours, requiring a bit of patience.

Breakfast at Zafron was AMAZING!!! The staff ensured attentive service each morning. The omelets were perfectly cooked and delicious. The dessert selection was also extensive, it included a great variety of fresh fruit.

water park fast service mini bar uninspired pool

the on-site water park was SO fun I rode all the slides multiple times. the food was also really good especially at the seafood restaurant. i was CHARMED with the fast service.

the mini bar prices felt quite high a cola cost around ten euros. i found the pool uninspired it needed more character. i EXPECTED more from the pool area

inclusive package money grab

The staff cleaned the rooms well. I found them very friendly.

The 'fully inclusive' package is a joke. soft drinks were only included at meals, not by the pool. That seemed cheap. also, many restaurants charged extra for decent items. This made the package pointless, it reminded me of a money grab.

The half board package included really good breakfast and dinner options. The buffet breakfast offered variety across two restaurants. I found my room to be comfortable and well-equipped. Access to the waterpark was a major highlight .
