Acceptable but Disappointing
good locationslow service
The location was acceptable, especially because it was close to many attractions.
I encountered issues with the service. It took an unreasonable amount of time to get a simple request fulfilled. My request for extra towels took over an hour to resolve. I found this delay unacceptable for a hotel of this supposed caliber.

amazing stay at this hotel
very nice staffdining preferenceseating preferencerude gentleman
the staff at the executive pool are very nice. faysal remembered my preferences for seating and dining. he also knew what i liked to drink and booked restaurants for me. damid georgie ruru and ruble were heroes there too.
during my stay, there was an issue with the concierge service. the gentleman was rude and made derogatory remarks when i needed help with an envelope. i found his behavior offensive and unprofessional.

Fantastic Amenities and Excellent Service

I appreciated the staff. They were attentive and helpful. The unlimited access to Wild Wadi added value and enhanced the experience a LOT. Breakfast had MANY varieties and options.
The kids pool was closed. The other pool was too deep. I waited half a day for a life jacket for my kids. It was not an ideal experience for families with small children.

The reception staff cared about guests. They did not let anyone wait long. The staff explained the resort's facilities. Staff members other than receptionists were available to serve guests.
