totally awesome!

killer food easy uber super clean room ace location

this hotel rules! location is ace, getting an uber is super easy. west beach is right there. my room? bigger than expected! totally super clean and the restaurants? killer. tahitian village restaurant had me hooked, eating dinner there twice 'cause the food rocked. buddha bar upstairs? views forever!

i had to wait nearly an hour for my room when i got there. travelling with kids, this isn't ideal.

the breakfast buffet is amazing and offers endless options. jones the grocer has a manager providing a lovely evening. negroni lounge has views, and high tea is served in the lobby lounge.

the staff is friendly. housekeeping keeps the rooms super clean. some staff assists with luggage upon arrival and departure. management assists quickly with any situations and rectifies them.

west beach good size perfect service well-equipped gym

The location on west beach is great. the room had good size. the staff service was perfect, i appreciated the cleanliness. i visited with family and we used the well-equipped gym. It had three treadmills and two stationary bikes.

the pool area was very crowded at times.

breakfast selection friendly staff rainfall shower

The breakfast selection had many choices. The staff were friendly, especially in the Executive Lounge. The room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower.

The pool area felt a bit crowded, especially with families.
