comfortable stay with excellent service
ample space high-quality equipment diverse selection
The rooms offered real comfort and ample space for relaxation. the spa and gym featured high-quality equipment, a definite plus. breakfast was well-organized despite a large number of guests. I found tasty food and a diverse selection. i particularly appreciated the dedication of christian, richard, edka, and asha. their hospitality stood out.

My suite included a separate living area and a large balcony. It was nice. the bathroom featured two sinks and a walk-in shower. I found them very practical. there was also a well-stocked minibar and a coffee machine.

The main restaurant offered a diverse buffet for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. there were multiple themed nights . I tried different cuisines. the poolside bar served refreshing cocktails. I enjoyed some of them. a casual dining experience!

The staff at the front desk were always helpful. I appreciated their assistance. the concierge provided useful information about local attractions. the housekeeping service was efficient. They kept my room very clean. the team delivered high-quality service!

The hotel featured three swimming pools. I enjoyed them. the gym included treadmills, stationary bikes, and free weights. the spa offered a variety of treatments. I tried the massage. the hotel delivers all the promised facilities. I am impressed.

The hotel is located near the beach. This was convenient. there are several restaurants and shops within walking distance. the airport is about a 30-minute drive. It's fairly close. i liked the location a lot

delicious food quick service
The Escape pool bar offered delicious food and drinks. I spent some quality time there. Christian was amazing. He ensured my orders were served quickly.
The air conditioner was very loud. It made it difficult to sleep.

wonderful hospitality positive smile homely staff
la terrazza staff was homely. i found christian, the manager, cute with a positive smile!!! yonas, subrat, and asha took care of my needs. richard, prakash, shyan, fina, kabir, edna, and monica provided wonderful hospitality.
The loud air conditioner made it difficult to relax. It sounded like an old truck engine starting up.

attentive staff beach club
i appreciate the superb breakfast buffet. it had many options and attentive staff. the complimentary beach club offers many pools and seafront access and it was relaxing.
i found plastic spoons at dessert was disappointing. making my own coffee from a machine tasted poor.

Balanced stay
strategic location hotel activities excellent cleanliness street noise crowded area poor ventilation
The location of the hotel is strategic. I appreciated its proximity to local attractions. The hotel offers surf pool, wave pool, and lazy river activities. The room cleanliness was excellent.
I experienced noise from a busy street. Windows provided almost no sound insulation, so rest was difficult. The breakfast area was crowded. The egg station lacked proper ventilation.
