i was charmed by the great service during our anniversary trip. jhaymar, mahesh, lvoqman, and ajay at the beach were always friendly and cute. the staff entertained our children, so important. we have been visiting this beach for many years and everything is always great.
the alcoholic drinks variety was quite limited, and the 'all inclusive' drinks list wasn't extensive.

the food quality was AMAZING!!! the breakfast buffet had a good choice, and the restaurants included in the half board were great, though certain items like avocado and bananas sometimes needed to be requested.

the jungle bay water park was great and the water slides are very fun for the children. i noticed many swimming pools, with separate areas for families and adults, and a separate beach, too.

the check-in process was really slow. i was told my room would be ready soon, but i waited almost two hours. it made it hard to start enjoying my holiday. also, getting coffee in the morning took forever. i was always ready to leave breakfast by the time it finally arrived. i dont like slow service, delays
