The staff's kindness stood out. They fixed my daughter's pushchair rapidly! a lovely birthday surprise included balloons and cake. the lounge access was beneficial. It had afternoon tea and unlimited drinks. the rooms were spacious. The decor was trendy and comfortable.
I found the beach difficult to enjoy. Many broken shells were scattered everywhere.

friendly staff luxury rooms private beach
the staff was so friendly and helpful. i enjoyed the clean resort and luxury rooms. the amenities were great, and everything felt very clean. the food tasted amazing with many options available. the private beach was very nice with excellent service.

Inconsistent Service and Overstated Luxury
drainage problems inconsistent service
My room's shower had drainage problems causing water to stagnate, I reported this multiple times, but staff only dried the floor instead of fixing it. I requested an alternative room and waited until 10 PM without response. I went to reception to follow up. No one had contacted me. This was unacceptable. There are no complimentary water bottles at the pool, I thought it should be available.

disorganized stations long delays
I encountered a significant issue at the Palm Kitchen restaurant. The live cooking stations seemed disorganized. On multiple occasions, my orders took an excessively long time. There were considerable delays and frequent reminders to the staff, this was a frustrating experience.
