the staff were great. i especially liked hermela, she was always ready to help with anything i needed. the free transfer to the beach was a nice thing. it saved me money on taxis.
the front desk wasn't great. i seemed like i waited to long for check in. the pool was small and not very appealing. i thought it would be bigger for a four-stars hotels.

the location impressed me it is conveniently located between major attractions a metro station is only a short walk away breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options the rooms were clean and well maintained. i found a cool restaurant on the second floor
the shower temperature was difficult to regulate. it was hard to get comfortable in the bathtub as the shower stream was barely reachable. the bathroom was also quite small
