The staff was very helpful and friendly. the rooms were spacious and clean (beds were super comfy!). there was a big variety of tasty food in the restaurants. i recommend the all-inclusive package. Meals and drinks at all bars are included.

the reception staff offered assistance with all inquiries, providing directions and information on local attractions. the concierge service was available 24/7 to help with luggage and transportation needs. staff members were always ready to assist guests with a smile.

the lagoon room king bed was equipped with a mini-fridge, a safe, and a work desk. the bathroom included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. daily housekeeping services ensured a consistently clean and orderly room.

The resort had multiple large pools, each with designated lifeguard stations and towel service. the gym featured three treadmills and two stationary bikes and also included weightlifting equipment. i used the tennis courts. Rackets and balls were available at the sports center.

i found the adult pool very relaxing. it was calm and quiet. the room was spacious and lovely. the staff were always friendly and kind.

the check-in process felt unorganized. there was no warm welcome at reception. the interiors seemed a bit outdated and some appliances needed upgrading. the tv was not a working smart tv so i did not use it.
