comfortable bed convenient location spacious room
my room was a king heritage room creek view. it was spacious. hot water was available anytime. the bed was comfortable. the location near the souks was convenient. there were temples and restaurants nearby. the markets were also close by.
the room lighting was lacking, and the room felt dim.

smooth process breakfast choice helpful staff
i enjoyed my stay. the check-in process was smooth. the breakfast had many choices (especially the pastries). the staff was kind, they were very helpful with directions.
i really liked the unique decor. the hotel had generous room sizes and attention to detail. the walk to the room and setting of the restaurant was excellent, it was so beautiful.
the room i booked wasnt available when i arrived. i was given a downgraded room. the room was very smelly and the ac wasnt working good.

decent stay but some issues surfaced
inadequate lighting uncomfortable temperature
I found the room lighting inadequate, ESPECIALLY in the bathroom. it was difficult to see well enough for shaving. The air conditioning was also problematic. I couldn't adjust it properly, and the room remained too cold regardless of the settings. this.

My room was not the type i booked. I expected a king heritage room with a balcony that had a creek view. after i had already paid, i realized i received a king heritage room without a balcony.

decent stay with SOME issues
empty juices limited selection
The air conditioning was difficult to adjust, often TOO cold no matter the setting. I also found the breakfast selection limited. Items were frequently depleted and not refilled promptly. Juices were often empty. This was particularly annoying. These issues impacted my overall experience.
