the room was large with a nice view from the window, acceptable for a short stay.

A fire alarm started at 5 a.m., disturbing the whole floor. we had to walk down 40 floors using the stairs (it was quite a hike!). no one from the hotel checked on the situation. They only offered a coffee to take away, a very poor compensation, in my opinion.

The staff were helpful. The rooms were super clean. Facilities were well kept. The cleanliness exceeded my expectations. It was a welcome surprise.

The gym provided equipment for a quick workout. I saw treadmills and stationary bikes. The pool area featured a fine view. This provided a relaxing spot to watch the sun go down. Access to amenities was an easy process.

The front desk team made check-in and check-out smooth. Staff members were accommodating, and their kind attitude was noticeable. They seemed to genuinely care. Valet parking was efficient. The valet team was great, though the parking area is several floors up.
