the location was excellent near the trade center. breakfast included a good variety of options. the metro station was within walking distance it made travel easy. staff were friendly and helpful with requests.

The breakfast had a wide variety of options I found delicious. The staff were polite I noticed. The room was always clean and tidy. Shanmuka ensured that happened. The valet service was resourceful I thought.
The hotel seemed to not deploy enough resources for the number of customers they have.

clean linen clean towels fantastic location
nabeen immaculately cleaned my room every day. he took great care to ensure my bed linen and towels were perfectly clean. the location is fantastic with easy access to nearby spots.

clogged sink poor soundproofing
I had some issues . The bathroom was not clean when I arrived. The sink was clogged, and the soundproofing was very poor. I could hear a lot of noise from other rooms and the hallway, and this made it hard to relax.

The staff were consistently helpful and kind. The cleanliness was great! AC worked perfectly, and the bed was huge. I found the location convenient because it was a quick walk to the nearest metro station.
