the staff was helpful. they cleaned the room daily. i liked that the hotel provided extra equipment upon request (i needed an iron).

the reception could not get a taxi to the airport. i requested a taxi the evening before, but i ended up waiting. the ac was too loud and blew ice cold air. also, there was too much street noise, even with closed windows.

The staff was AMAZING!!! They helped me with a late checkout and made sure I had everything I needed. The rooftop swimming pool was a fantastic spot. I appreciated the general ambience, it felt so relaxing. I liked that nothing was too much trouble for the hotel employees.

The bathroom size was quite small. It was still functional but a bit compact.

the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options i appreciated the fresh fruit selection the hotel provided a shuttle to nearby metro stations it made getting around easy the room was clean and had all necessary amenities it made my stay comfortable

the street noise was noticeable at times it slightly impacted sleep quality
