The yacht ride to the island was AMAZING. I could see the skyline. Hajar helped with check-in. She arranged late check-out for me. I also ate at Le Rive. My husband said it was the best seafood platter in the UAE and worth the money.
I waited almost 30 mints for check in. My room was not ready. Check in time was 3.00pm, but I got my room by 4.30pm. Management should focus on this matter.

The breakfast was varied. Rohit (F&B manager) took really good care of us (i am grateful). The spread also had a live station.
Reaching the front desk by phone was difficult. I tried calling many times over several hours without an answer. Towels at the pool and beach were unavailable for over 45 minutes. That is not acceptable for a 5-star hotel (such a pity).

Acceptable Stay with Minor Issues

The yacht ride to the island provided beautiful skyline views of the area. I also enjoyed the temperature-controlled pool, very comfortable. I appreciate the music played at the pool. The breakfast was amazing with a big variety of options, especially the fresh breads.
The poolside music was quite boring and repetitive. I checked in very late, so I missed the evening weather and daylight fun. Next day late checkout did not compensate for this.
