the staff were attentive. the room was clean. the breakfast selection included many choices. the hotel provided quick service . the spa treatments were lovely. i found the staff to be friendly and eager to assist, from the front desk to the restaurant. the room was well-kept, and the breakfast buffet was delicious.

the pool seemed crowded because leisure facilities were shared. finding available loungers was difficult. the shared facilities detracted from a relaxing experience. the pathways were full of belongings.

mixed feelings about my stay

I was quite disappointed with the noise level. it made relaxing by the pool or on my balcony difficult. also, i found the limited vegetarian options at the main restaurant quite frustrating. The choices were repetitive, and i wished for more variety.

The staff was very friendly. The food was amazing, I think. The rooms were always clean. It is the most beautiful hotel, I think.

The Margarita was the worst I have ever tasted. The Indian waiter agreed to have it remade and that was fine. When he returned with the new drink, he gave it to my wife and walked off. He did not even check if it was fine.
