unhelpful concierge hourly shuttle

the room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable.

The concierge was unhelpful and provided poor recommendations. they seemed to push their own agenda and had long response times. also, getting to kyma beach was a hassle. The shuttle service was hourly and hard to locate.

I found the breakfast amazing. The varieties were plentiful and the quality top notch. The employees were very well trained. This hotel have a high standard of hospitality. I was very impressed with the quality in general at this place.

The cleanliness wasn't of a high standard for me. The staff seemed uninterested in helping, this was unexpected. There was a lack of input from them after I have experienced some issues with the cleanliness and poor hygiene in the room. I needed to chase things up due to the lack of staff interest.

The staff's kindness and flexibility stood out . Ajitesh assisted with recommendations. I appreciated the cozy bed and well-equipped washrooms, complete with necessary amenities. The location offered unbeatable views. Being attached to a beautiful mall, there are tons of options for dining. So convenient!!!

I found the pool area to be a bit crowded, and securing a sunbed proved challenging.

Half board includes breakfast and dinner. However, if you prefer, dinner can be swapped for lunch. An a la carte international menu is available, and in the evenings, there is a great selection of seafood with a live cooking station.

Is it possible to access the Aura Infinity Pool directly from the hotel?
