the apartment was spacious, it offered a dining area and a kitchen. i was particularly impressed by the helpfulness of the staff at the front desk. the breakfast buffet offered a diverse selection of dishes from different countries, a very nice feature.
i waited a long time for checkin, it was really frustrating.

the apartment included a kitchenette with a full-sized fridge and freezer and an oven. complimentary wi-fi allowed me to stay connected, and the apartment had very nice spaces. it was perfect.

the hotel is within walking distance of the gold souk station on the green line. the location is convenient for accessing various parts of the city. it helps to have close proximity to the metro.

The front desk staff was efficient and polite, and they were very respectful. several staff members went out of their way to help me and my family. They did a fantastic job. receptionists were also respectful.

the apartment was spacious. it had a good sitting area in the living room. a mall is accessible on the ground floor and it features an ice rink. there is also a supermarket.
the front desk interactions lacked friendliness at times. i found no proper communication between staff about guest needs. i wasnt informed of breakfast hours upon check-in.
