I really love the spacious rooms. They had everything i needed. the hotel staff was very helpful and so kind, always smiling and ready to assist. breakfast was delicious with many options, it was a great way to start my day. the comfy bed allowed me to rest so well.

The bathroom exhaust fan was pretty LOUD. I wish it ran more quietly.

The location is beneficial I found. It is close to a shopping mall which offers convenience. The staff members were cooperative I noticed.

The service I received felt slow. I waited one hour for luggage assistance after two calls. The kettle in my room was dirty also.
