the staff were very cute and the facilities are worth it!!! i recommend it especially if you are family. i found the location very convenient, it was close to transport links.

the rooms were dated with lots of wasted space. i ordered room service and was told it would take 20-25 minutes, but the food took over 50 minutes, and when it arrived it was poor.

i found eyelashes on the floor upon entering my room. the carpet was not properly cleaned. there were clothes from previous guests behind the sofa bed.
