The staff were genuinely helpful. I felt safe as a solo traveller because the staff were well-mannered. The reception staff was very hospitable, courteous and provided a quick check-in service. They even upgraded my room for EXTRA comfort. The housekeeping staff was prompt. Cleanliness was GREAT.

The gym remained locked , but I did not check when it would reopen.

The breakfast offered a wide selection. I could find pastries, fruits and hot dishes. I noticed that a dedicated south Indian dosa counter would have enhanced it even MORE!!!

The room had sufficient toiletries and towels. They kept it tidy every day. The bathroom was spacious and well-equipped, so it was easy to settle in. I found tea and coffee making facilities along with a fridge, so I was self-sufficient.

The front desk staff were helpful, providing prompt assistance with all requests. I noticed that staff members like Atish Lama and Sandhya were particularly attentive. They REALLY made a difference.

The hotel is near public transport, this makes seeing sights simple. The hotel offers a fitness room and a swimming pool. I noticed plenty of lounge area to relax, it was very cute.
