dated hotel uninviting pool

the staff seemed eager to ensure i felt comfortable.

The hotel was like a time capsule from a bygone era. It definitely needed an update. the pool and gym looked less than inviting! also, my room had a view of an interior wall. So much for picturesque scenery.

The hotel offered very clean rooms daily thanks to the housekeeping team. THE breakfast was reasonable with many options.

My room had only one charging point. Towels were EXTREMELY short in length, too.

The staff were genuinely helpful. I felt safe as a solo traveller because the staff were well-mannered. The reception staff was very hospitable, courteous and provided a quick check-in service. They even upgraded my room for EXTRA comfort. The housekeeping staff was prompt. Cleanliness was GREAT.

The gym remained locked , but I did not check when it would reopen.

The breakfast offered a wide selection. I could find pastries, fruits and hot dishes. I noticed that a dedicated south Indian dosa counter would have enhanced it even MORE!!!

The room had sufficient toiletries and towels. They kept it tidy every day. The bathroom was spacious and well-equipped, so it was easy to settle in. I found tea and coffee making facilities along with a fridge, so I was self-sufficient.

The front desk staff were helpful, providing prompt assistance with all requests. I noticed that staff members like Atish Lama and Sandhya were particularly attentive. They REALLY made a difference.

great location helpful staff unclean bathroom needed refurbishment

the location was great. i found many veg restaurants and dirham shops nearby. i also thought the staff were helpful.

the bathroom wasn't very clean. i think it needs some refurbishment.
