the staff were attentive. i appreciated suvas's attention to detail in ensuring my room was clean. the location was very convenient with easy access to the metro station.
i wish i had been informed about the noise before i checked in.

location is okay but some issues exist
dirty walls slow elevator
the location was okay, i suppose.
The room they gave me wasn't exactly super clean. i think the walls definitely needed a good scrub. the elevators seemed to operate on their own schedule. Waited forever sometimes.

i received a very nice room from the receptionist. it was better than what i had booked online. the room was clean and spacious with all the expected amenities.
i experienced long waiting times for the lifts, especially in the mornings. this was inconvenient when i needed to get to appointments.

view room daily tidy attentive staff
the room faced Burj Khalifa. the housekeeping service was active. the team did a great job keeping the room tidy daily. staff were attentive.
some areas did require a bit more attention.

the room had a working air conditioner. a generous working desk was available for organizing my things. i appreciated the pathway lighting near the floor in the hallways.
