valet parking was convenient, and the staff were helpful with directions.
The air conditioning in my room wasn't great. It kept stopping and starting, annoying. also, the shower design wasn't good. Water always ended up all over the floor. plus, the hotel is quite far from the city center, a considerable drive is necessary.

the receptionist, seid, was very lovely upon arrival. michael at the restaurant. i anticipate returning in the future. the room was clean and well-kept.
the staff seemed disorganized and lacked a systematic approach. this. after i checked out, they said i didn't pay, even though i paid one day prior. it was their mistake, and it was annoying.

The room was spacious and quiet. It had many complimentary items. The hotel was very clean. The check-in process was super smooth. Staff at the front desk were great. There were no exceptions.
I saw bag scanning at the door. It seemed like being at the airport, unexpected. Security could not explain the scanning.

The front desk provided quick and helpful service, especially during check-in and check-out procedures. All requests were handled efficiently. I found the staff to be courteous and attentive.

The hotel is located near the global village. A short drive provides easy access. I enjoyed the quiet atmosphere, especially during the evenings, as i liked to relax and recharge (especially after busy days).

The hotel room was good. I was happy that my room overlooked the community. I appreciated that I received a voucher for Malibu beach access. It was a pleasant surprise and allowed me to enjoy complete amenities such as a water park.
The pool attendant had some strange behavior. He was creating his own rules regarding smoking, despite no signs. His way of speaking was not good. He raised his voice from his chair. He also asked us to bring used towels without a return place.

The modern room included a king bed. The bathroom had two separate sinks. A rainfall shower was also available. This was a very nice room.
