The staff was super friendly. The location was perfect. My room was comfortable. The hotel is very close to the metro and restaurants, which I enjoyed! I was satisfied.

The hotel is quite close to the airport. This made getting to my early flight very easy. I found the rooftop pool to be a nice bonus .

Check-in was delayed. I had to wait an hour after arriving at the hotel. Rooms needed better preparation. The carpets were wet and toiletries were available only upon request.

the staff was helpful . i arrived early and a room was available soon after i finished breakfast. breakfast had good choices and eggs were made to order.

taking the shuttle from terminal 3 to the hotel was difficult. i waited over an hour, then i took the metro to terminal 1 and an uber to the hotel.
