The rooms were spacious and the king size bed provided great comfort. I found the room service quick and efficient. The pool was beautiful. I enjoyed spending time there and it looked clean.

The room lacked basic items like a dental kit and slippers. Shampoo and body lotion dispensers were empty and remained that way until checkout. Water was restricted to two small bottles, and my request for the missing items took over an hour to partially fulfill. Honestly, it was a pretty terrible staycation experience.

The large rooms had standard comforts.

The room lacked basic amenities such as a dental kit and slippers. Shampoo and body lotion dispensers in the bathroom were empty upon arrival. They were not refilled during my entire stay. Water was limited to two small bottles. I found this cheap. The service did not deliver.
