The breakfast buffet rocks with tons of options! Lifeguards are super attentive at the pools, they brought us water and towels. The suite upgrade I got had lovely views and felt roomy.
The hotel could have done a better job opening doors for us at arrival.

i like the hotel location near a big mall. I find nice restaurants with good variety. the room was big and has comfortable bed. The bathroom includes all needs.
i find some pool staff quite rude and unhelpful. The walkways were also closed. This caused massive DISAPPOINTMENT.

the room included a king bed and nice furnishings. the bathroom features a separate tub and shower. i find it to be clean and VERY spacious.

housekeeping was consistent and attentive to details. i also noticed that the front desk was available 24 hours a day. concierge service helped me with local directions.

the breakfast buffet has large selection with many options. i see fresh fruit, pastries, and hot dishes available. the restaurant seating provides both indoor and outdoor options.
