cigarette smell unhelpful staff
The pool staff in the blue clothing were rude. they were unhelpful and ignored requests on occasion. the room we were allocated stank of cigarettes. i told the bellboy about this, but he claimed it was just "room spray". This was untrue!!! cigarette smell, unhelpful staff

Really good stay with waterfront views
waterfront view direct access convenient dining free weights
The waterfront view from my room was fine. Direct access to Festival City Mall made shopping and dining convenient. The hotel gym included three treadmills and a selection of free weights. The breakfast included many choices (the pastries were delicious).
The shower pressure in my room was slightly lower than expected.

My Standard King Room Waterfront View featured a king-size bed, a seating area, and a spacious bathroom with a rainfall shower. There were also two separate sinks. ample counter space, made getting ready each morning easy.

The concierge team offered assistance with luggage storage and provided helpful directions to nearby attractions. The staff at the Zaytoun Restaurant were very polite and quick to offer beverage refills, I appreciated their attentiveness.

beautiful views smooth check-in spacious accommodations
the location provided beautiful views! hotel check-in was smooth. i received a suite upgrade and enjoyed spacious accommodations. walking through the arcade to festival city mall was very convenient, offering many dining choices.
the gym had quite old equipment.

the staff was very helpful and attentive! i especially appreciated the quick responses. every interaction left me feeling valued and well-cared for during my entire visit to the hotel.

hotel link meal choice
The hotel links directly to the Festival City mall. This made shopping very easy. I found many choices for meals inside the hotel too. I could also use the Intercontinental's pool, a great perk.
My room was not cleaned until late afternoon one day.

extensive breakfast attentive lifeguards roomy suite
The breakfast buffet rocks with tons of options! Lifeguards are super attentive at the pools, they brought us water and towels. The suite upgrade I got had lovely views and felt roomy.
The hotel could have done a better job opening doors for us at arrival.

i like the hotel location near a big mall. I find nice restaurants with good variety. the room was big and has comfortable bed. The bathroom includes all needs.
i find some pool staff quite rude and unhelpful. The walkways were also closed. This caused massive DISAPPOINTMENT.
