Excellent Stay and Convenient Location
superb access smooth check-in positive experience
The location offers superb access to the metro via the Mall of the Emirates. A bus stop sits conveniently in front of the hotel. Jenni from reception ensured my check-in was smooth. The staff ensured a positive marathon experience.

The room provided two separate sinks. It also had a rainfall shower. Storage included a spacious wardrobe. It also had multiple drawers. The air conditioning unit maintained a consistent, comfortable temperature. The room was adequately soundproofed.

convenient location nearby restaurants daily topping bad service smelly corridors
I appreciated the hotel's convenient location close to the metro. I also found many restaurants and a Carrefour within walking distance. Daily topping up of water and coffee was very helpful.
The service at breakfast was bad. The staff seemed busy talking among themselves instead of waiting the tables. The corridors smelled bad.

i found the check-in process quite quick. my room had daily housekeeping (it was super clean!).
i noticed there was a limited supply of in-room amenities.

The location offers convenient access to shopping. I found the mall of the emirates within a short walking distance. quick dubai metro access and taxi pick-up points are also nearby, great.

my room was neat and well-kept, a plus for my visit. i especially liked that the room included a comfortable double bed and a well-equipped bathroom. daily cleaning helped keep everything tidy.

i found the reception staff very helpful (especially mahmoud!). they were quick during check-in and accommodated my request for a high-floor, non-smoking room. security staff also provided helpful customer service.

The hotel has a bar. It's called the huddle. i noticed the price and location are excellent. the huddle has discounted food and drinks, which can be a bonus.

excellent access organized room
The hotel location offered excellent access to the Mall of Emirates. Bus connections to attractions like Global Village were simple from the nearby bus stop. The housekeeping service impressed me. They ensured the room was always clean and well-organized.
The gym had limited equipment. There were only two treadmills available.
