i found the check-in process quite quick. my room had daily housekeeping (it was super clean!).
i noticed there was a limited supply of in-room amenities.

The location offers convenient access to shopping. I found the mall of the emirates within a short walking distance. quick dubai metro access and taxi pick-up points are also nearby, great.

my room was neat and well-kept, a plus for my visit. i especially liked that the room included a comfortable double bed and a well-equipped bathroom. daily cleaning helped keep everything tidy.

i found the reception staff very helpful (especially mahmoud!). they were quick during check-in and accommodated my request for a high-floor, non-smoking room. security staff also provided helpful customer service.

excellent accessorganized room
The hotel location offered excellent access to the Mall of Emirates. Bus connections to attractions like Global Village were simple from the nearby bus stop. The housekeeping service impressed me. They ensured the room was always clean and well-organized.
The gym had limited equipment. There were only two treadmills available.
