The grounds were beautiful, offering many spots to unwind. the hotel provided free towels and water at both the beach and pool areas. the breakfast buffet at rotisserie was amazing. The variety of food was excellent. (i especially liked the fresh fruit station!).

The reception seemed understaffed. Check-in took longer than expected. i felt a bit unwelcome during the initial process and it wasn't the best start.

the hotel grounds are large and gorgeous! there is also a long beach. bars and restaurants like the palm provide great variety and quality. the service felt warm and personal. staff often remembered and greeted me, even with the hotel being very large and my stay being short.

the room did lack a coffee machine, offering only instant coffee packets of a poor type.

I found the staff professional and friendly. The hotel offers excellent facilities, including multiple pools that cater to both adults and children. There are varied dining options available, and all restaurants provided a great experience. I was also given a free daily pass to the Atlantis Aquaventure waterpark .
