metro station reusable bottles helpful staff

i found the metro station convenient as it was next to the hotel. the ease of access made traveling simple i liked that the hotel provided ample water and used reusable bottles this was a smart and functional touch. the location proved ideal for my needs staff members were helpful with everything i required

uncooperative plumber inconsistent service

the staff was cute and always ready to help with any questions i had.

I requested a repair for the non-working taps in the toilet multiple times, but the plumber was uncooperative, causing inconvenience (it really was annoying). room service was inconsistent. Sometimes they forgot to change towels or provide a new bathrobe.

I was very happy with the location near the metro station. The rooms are large and comfortable. I also found it convenient to walk to the marina for restaurants.

The bathroom had a chipped area. The shower sealing was poor and leaked water. i noticed a problem with water drainage in the shower.
