The facilities were excellent. Jimmy Dsouza, Pooja, Ivy, Nian, and Lbyn. They were helpful with service and information.
i didn't like one bit about the place. Shower was damaged bathroom was leaking and it wasn't cleaned on daily basis. WHEN we arrived reception was great but they never mention till the last day that the minibar they stocked up in the arrival were going yo pay. £46 for four can of drinks and 3 small cans of mixed nuts. i tried to tell the reception that you never explained that in the beginning she was firm that it dubai policy everywhere.

The big room had such comfy beds along with a wonderful bathroom. i noticed the heated pool also felt really nice. a supermarket sits right behind the hotel. I found it very convenient. the friendly staff gave helpful support. They are so kind.
I thought the food was somewhat limited. My kids needed more variety. the dry bar meant no alcohol was available, a small problem.

The pleasant pool offered many loungers to enjoy the sun. i noticed a supermarket just behind the building. It provides immense convenience. a well equipped gym is included, containing treadmills and stationary bikes.

My beautiful king room included a roomy balcony. It had lovely city views. the room came with two separate sinks. I felt pampered. a rainfall shower provided such peaceful moments.

I found a metro station a short walk from here. Travel was simple. many dining choices stand near the lodging. This adds convenience. free shuttles ran to the beach. This was so useful.

the metro station was a manageable 15-minute walk. the rooms were clean. i found the staff consistently friendly and helpful. they seemed genuinely invested in.
the bathroom provided only shampoo and shower gel.

the staff were very kind and tried to be helpful.
the room furnishing felt outdated. there was an embarrassing absence of shuko power outlets, only british outlets were available.. this is not acceptable for a suite. the wifi was rather poor with insufficient bandwidth.
