The hotel allowed an early check-in after a very long flight. the beds were super comfortable, and the room had many towels and extra thoughtful details. the premium room was spacious enough, it would fit a small family easily. breakfast had plenty of delicious options. I loved it!

i found the lemongrass scent in the lobby a little overpowering, a minor thing (really minor!).

the breakfast buffet offered a wide array of choices, and live cooking stations were available (the chef was super friendly!). the gardenia restaurant had daily international cuisine options, including chief and asian nights. healthy food options were also available.

The premium room had excellent soundproofing. I slept like a baby! the room included a modern design with lots of storage space. It was easy to unpack. rooms are equipped with comfortable beds and clean, fragrant linens.

the staff was polite and helpful in all areas of the hotel, resolving any issues promptly. the front desk staff greeted me with a smile, and the housekeeping staff was very attentive. staff remembered my breakfast preferences after only a couple of days (amazing!).

i appreciate the super clean condition of the room upon arrival it felt new. housekeeping provided excellent daily service. complimentary transfers to both the mall of the emirates and the beach worked perfectly for my plans

i found the main entrance staff somewhat rude, and their demeanor did not create a cute atmosphere. this initial impression affected the overall experience. the staff should prioritize politeness and professionalism

amazing stay!

comfy bedrooftop poolfriendly staffspacious room

the room was perfect. It was spacious and had everything i needed (even complimentary luxury transfers!). the bed was super comfy. I slept like a baby all seven nights. the rooftop pool was a highlight, and i loved relaxing there after a long day of exploring. the staff were also super friendly and always ready to help.

the only very slight issue was the traffic around the hotel, though this is understandable for such a central location (it wasn't a major problem at all!).

The breakfast buffet offered many choices. There was something for everyone and the service was fast and efficient, with the team working hard. i loved the fresh fruit and the pastries, and it was a great way to start the day.

i stayed six nights. the reception staff greeted me with smiles. darya at the front desk and linn from housekeeping were helpful. i got upgraded to premium, and the room was spacious and clean. breakfast was great and staff was attentive.

i think the dinner selection could have more variety. especially during bbq night, much of the food was gone by 9pm. more options should be available.
