fantastic marina views
marina viewfriendly staffcomfortable beds
the room had an amazing view of the marina. i saw really kind staff. the beds were comfortable and the room felt very spacious. the location is superb, close to restaurants and many shops!
the towels looked quite old

The hotel has great proximity to the dmcc metro station! reaching malls and other attractions is very quick. there is also a market nearby for water and smaller snacks. It's really convenient.

The staff at the reception were quick during check-in. They offered us some complimentary items since it was our first stay. The room was nice. The swimming pool on the top floor was a plus.
The steam and sauna room were not working well. There were also stains in the bath tub.

i found the staff helpful . rizza, mona, joy, and hilary ensured i had everything i needed. mr bhoj and his team showed great hospitality to me and my family. the rooms were very comfortable (i felt at home).
the hot water in the shower could have been hotter, it was only lukewarm at times.
