“Vision Imperial Hotel, formerly the Excelsior, pulses with the energy of old Dubai. Its Arabian hospitality and cruise-inspired design offer a unique contrast, centrally located near the Burj Khalifa and the souks. I appreciate the hotel's commitment to service; it appears genuine, despite past guest concerns.”
