spacious rooms comfortable beds insufficient equipment inadequate disposables

the rooms were spacious. dining area and kitchen were also good (everything you need to cook your own meals). the beds were comfortable.

i thought the equipment was insufficient compared to other residences. the amenities and disposables provided were not very adequate when we stayed there.

the apartment had a very wide space. the amenities looked improved. the apartment was spacious and the hotel facilities seemed excellent.

this limited my enjoyment. housekeeping left the marble floors wet. it created a very dangerous, slippery surface.

spacious apartment with everything i needed

friendly team spacious apartment clean rooms polite staff

i liked the apartment it was spacious and equipped with everything i needed a very nice view was an added bonus the team was also very friendly. the breakfast had many choices. the rooms were also very clean and the kitchen utensils were new. the staff's attitude and politeness enhanced the overall experience i found it very positive

the apartment felt slightly dated. perhaps some rugs or pictures could make it feel more homely and luxurious i think some modernization would significantly improve the space

The breakfast was acceptable. The staff was helpful and responsive.

I found the focus to be on quantity not quality. The climate control was deficient. The kitchen had many cupboards with few plates. The remainder was empty.

washer amenity food quality

The residence offered a washer and dryer, a very convenient amenity. i also found the breakfast option worthwhile. It required a visit to the hotel but the food quality impressed me.

i noticed that the in-room plasma tv was somewhat small when compared to current standards.

Acceptable Stay, Some Issues

excellent room service pool area tired apartment missing towels

The apartment itself was good. I found the room service to be excellent, responding quickly to requests. The pool area was well laid out.. I appreciate the thoughtful design. Pool side services were also very good, I really enjoyed the attentiveness.

The apartment felt tired and in need of an update. During two of my four nights, I needed to ask for towels. Three towels were provided on the third night for seven people. Bath mats and hand towels never arrived, this was not acceptable.
