the front desk team was very helpful my check-in was smooth. mehyar was friendly and gave me information about the amenities. gema at toad's restaurant was attentive and she gave good recommendations on the menu.
the pool was quite small and did not have much space to relax.

the front office staff was friendly. asanka and nelson were helpful. the location was good for visiting family. local cafes exist plus restaurants were near.
the bed was small for two people. the mattress felt uncomfortable. i think the hotel should install a firm mattress, since soft beds hurt backs.

The staff was genuinely friendly. They provided a complimentary shuttle bus service to the nearby metro station four times daily. This was very convenient.. eliminating the need to call taxis. The room was also kept clean.
I had trouble finding a parking spot upon returning at night. The security directed me to park outside. This area lacked sufficient security.
