the staff was helpful , especially vilma at reception , she sent a birthday cake to our room , that was a super nice surprise. breakfast had so many options , it catered to everyone's needs and i loved that about this hotel.

the pool could have been a bit bigger , though i totally understand space limitations in a city setting.

the location was very convenient close to the mall. the staff were friendly and helpful . i got a free room upgrade from the receptionist. the hallways smelled nice.

I booked a twin beds room with a road side view. there was no twin beds room with a road side view. the room i was given was not clean. Carpets had a bad smell.

i booked a twin beds room with a road side view after seeing pictures online however i was told at check-in that no twin beds rooms offer road side views the initial room i was given was not clean the carpets smelled and the room felt dark and small compared to the pictures i had seen although they moved me to a double bed room in a newer building it wasn't the room i expected or paid for the carpet looked new there.

The hotel is near the subway. It's also near the mall of emirates. The staff was friendly. The breakfast offered many tasty options.

The WEBSITE still listed seven restaurants. There was only a cafe. The food at the cafe was poor quality.
