the location felt perfect and i loved the clean room. harpreet, abin and sridhar were helpful. the hotel extended my checkout by one hour, and the room service person was very polite. the room was clean, spacious, and comfortable for a peaceful family break.

the location was acceptable as it was near the metro station.
i requested a non smoking room, but i received a smoking room, it was very dirty and smelly. the ac air also smelled bad. breakfast was very poor quality, and i saw a cockroach crawling between clean dishes.
