a good haven
clean room helpful staff peaceful break
the location felt perfect and i loved the clean room. harpreet, abin and sridhar were helpful. the hotel extended my checkout by one hour, and the room service person was very polite. the room was clean, spacious, and comfortable for a peaceful family break.

smelly room poor breakfast
the location was acceptable as it was near the metro station.
i requested a non smoking room, but i received a smoking room, it was very dirty and smelly. the ac air also smelled bad. breakfast was very poor quality, and i saw a cockroach crawling between clean dishes.

friendly staff free parking helpful staff great service
the customer service really stood out. the staff were always friendly. they asked how my stay was going every time i walked in the door. i really appreciated the free parking, a major plus.
the selection at breakfast was a little limited, but everything else was super.
