the location near the metro station was acceptable.

The bathroom was too narrow. When the shower door opened wide, leaving the bathroom was impossible. moldiness was present under the sink ledge and in the toilet tank, a clear lack of hygiene. The shower water required constant button-pressing. getting the requested ironing board and iron took 90 minutes. The ironing board was also broken.

The hotel is located above a metro station, this made getting around very easy. the room was always clean, and the staff provided quick responses to requests. i also appreciated the free shuttle to kite beach and the mall.

the breakfast options became repetitive after a few days. it would be better with more variety.

my room had an ironing board and an iron. it was very clean and quiet, which helped when i needed to work. the staff responded quickly when i asked for slippers and more water.

The hotel is right above the gold souk metro station. the metro connects quickly to all the city sights. This made getting around very simple. the souks are also just across the road for walking visits.
