the location was good , close to the attractions.
my room wasn't ready when i arrived , and i had to wait for an hour. the staff seemed understaffed , and getting assistance was slow. the breakfast buffet was chaotic , with long queues and limited seating.

the location is very convenient. the mall is just next to the hotel. i found the staff very helpful, especially sonia (she is a gem). i especially appreciated the evening cultural experiences with local music.
the air conditioning in my room was not working. i found it very noisy due to a generator outside. i could not sleep well (the noise was persistent).

I found the staff helpful and cute! Housekeeping was very attentive and kept EVERY corner sparkling. The valet service team was fast. Luggage assistance happened without delays. The fresh flower arrangements everyday.
I noticed some slight noise from nearby establishments late at night. It was minor but worth mentioning for light sleepers

i really enjoyed the breakfast buffet. it had tons of options like a fantastic buffet with so many hot straight to table options. osama and james at the front desk were super kind. i got a room upgrade because of my expedia vip status, i greatly appreciate it thank you very much.
