thirty minutes airport shuttle excellent restaurant nice cafe

The shuttle from the airport ran every thirty minutes. It was convenient. my room, a smoking new style twin room dxb airport shuttle every 30min to t3&t1, was quite spacious and clean. i found the restaurant excellent and there was a very nice cafe there also.

the room was a bit dusty, i think.

Seamless Airport Transit!

free shuttle efficient check quality coffee

The complimentary airport shuttle was so convenient. It runs every half hour to Terminals 1 and 3. The transfer was speedy. The Costa coffee shop in reception was a total win. I appreciated a quality coffee after my travels. Winnie checked me in very efficiently and explained all the amenities. She was very helpful.

The pillows were too firm for my liking.

The rooftop pool had beautiful views of the downtown skyline. There were about twenty loungers there. I also noticed a well-stocked gym. It had three treadmills and two stationary bikes. A very convenient tourist office is right in the lobby.

There is a great pub on site. It served a good variety of food and drinks. The on-site Costa Coffee shop was a fantastic option. I could get a quick coffee and a snack there. There are vending machines offering economical options.

warehouse feel constant drilling

the free airport bus was easy to get to and from. easy pick up and drop off was available.

i had worst experience this year. the hotel lobby has warehouse feel. when i finally paid the extra fee, i went to my room to get some sleep but the room smelt awful. also constant drilling was happening because they are busy renovating and i was told it will stop at 7pm.

Mediocre experience, NOT really good

terrible wifi unacceptable service

The wifi service was wholly unacceptable. I found it did not even support a simple whatsapp call. i expected better internet capabilities for an hotel of this kind. this deficiency greatly impeded My ability to manage communications while at the hotel.
