The palm view room was a good size. The balcony was ideal for watching the fountain fire show each evening. The amenities' rooms are golden colors, and they shine beautifully at night.

Check-in took too long. The rooms were prepaid. It took over 30 minutes after the scheduled check-in time for our rooms to become available. Our rooms were in different towers and floors, though we booked them together.
