the fitness center was really good. the breakfast buffet also provided excellent options.

check in was not smooth. my room was not ready at the stated check-in time. i had to wait approximately 45 minutes. this delay was frustrating.

The Cloud 22 pool required a cover charge. It cost £210 per person midweek. This was unexpected because I thought it was part of the hotel amenities. I also found eating arrangements complicated.

The palm view room was a good size. The balcony was ideal for watching the fountain fire show each evening. The amenities' rooms are golden colors, and they shine beautifully at night.

Check-in took too long. The rooms were prepaid. It took over 30 minutes after the scheduled check-in time for our rooms to become available. Our rooms were in different towers and floors, though we booked them together.
