Mixed Feelings About This Stay

The air conditioning in the room was TERRIBLE. It was uncomfortably warm. Despite calling multiple times, the issue remained unresolved throughout my stay. the pool staff refused my child entry to the pool because he wasn't wearing proper swimwear. He was wearing cotton clothes similar to swimwear. This was frustrating, and I expected MORE flexibility.

The service was perfect. Vikesh from housekeeping was really good, our room looked brand new after each service. Hugo, the Sommelier from Strawfire restaurant, and chefs Ishan and Jack from Sand & Koal provided excellent hospitality. This elevated our dining experience considerably. I particularly appreciated the attentive service and kindness.

I dined at the sand and koal restaurant. Amir from nepal was helpful there. It was a pleasant surprise to celebrate my husband's birthday. The service and food were AMAZING!!!

The check-in process felt impersonal, sadly. We were not. It was a bit disappointing. This is a HUGE hotel, YET we received almost no information about where anything was located.
