I visited the gym and it was amazing. ella's warm welcome. She cared about all the details.

I noticed some employees in other areas seemed overworked, processing guests quickly but with forced smiles. one employee, just berated, quickly smiled at us. It felt sad.

the location was perfect and the views were amazing. the staff was friendly and accommodating, especially ella at the gym, who made my workouts so enjoyable with her expert advice and genuine warmth!!!

the room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. the room was modern and super clean with the views of the burj khalifa. saroj cleaned the room daily and ensured that the space was kept super clean as well as anything else that was required.

I had a twin bed premier room. lounge access included tasty snacks and drinks throughout the day. the restaurant staff were very cute. ubaid was our waiter. he was kind and professional. breakfast, lunch, and dinner were top quality. Every meal felt special.
