the breakfast had a wide variety of dishes. it was really good.

my experience WAS hampered by service issues. dishes on in room dinning had parmesan in them even though they were listed as vegetarian. i find that pretty disapointing in a hotel that claims to be a 5 star hotel. they didn't seem to fully grasp vegetarian needs.

I visited the gym and it was amazing. ella's warm welcome. She cared about all the details.

I noticed some employees in other areas seemed overworked, processing guests quickly but with forced smiles. one employee, just berated, quickly smiled at us. It felt sad.
