my recent experience was quite positive. the pools are beautiful and quite relaxing. i especially liked the lazy river and multiple pool options for families and adults. the grounds are well maintained, presenting a very polished look.

i observed some areas needing improvement. the shower's water pressure was somewhat inconsistent. sometimes, the pressure would fluctuate unexpectedly. the bathroom design wasn't optimal because water easily spread across the floor after using the shower.

The shallow pool was great for young children. The hotel provided loads of choices at the restaurant , including a chocolate fountain. Chef Ratheesh was especially helpful. He ensured everyone had something they enjoyed. He often checked on us to ensure we were happy.

Staff gave different answers about which drinks alcohol vouchers included.

the dining experience was sumptuous. i found the surroundings immaculate. the hotel's proximity to motiongate and legoland parks proved convenient. chef meljoe's creations are a true testament to culinary excellence. the lobby, hallways, and outdoor spaces were consistently well-kept. mr kumar assisted us during check-in, addressing challenges with professionalism.

the breakfast buffet did not always offer a large variety.

the service was inconsistent. sometimes requests were fulfilled promptly other times forgotten. also the breakfast quality was not great though the selection was extensive the food often tasted bland or overcooked. i expected better for the price.
