The check-in and check-out processes took an unreasonable amount of time. elevators also took a long time to arrive, it happened often. my room's air conditioning wasn't cold enough for my liking. the view from my window wasn't great. It looked directly onto a hotel deck. this impacted my enjoyment during my short stay.

The cleaning staff maintained a super clean room and always offered turndown service. They were consistently attentive, always asking if I needed anything. The breakfast buffet was AMAZING!!! The front desk staff helped greatly. They promptly secured taxis. They helped with luggage and shopping, which I appreciated.

I found a cockroach! It was in the Lebanese and Turkish restaurant. I was offered dessert or wine as compensation, but I refused. This is completely unacceptable in a supposedly high-end place.
