The cleaning staff maintained a super clean room and always offered turndown service. They were consistently attentive, always asking if I needed anything. The breakfast buffet was AMAZING!!! The front desk staff helped greatly. They promptly secured taxis. They helped with luggage and shopping, which I appreciated.

Securing a taxi could be difficult.

jaffar housekeeping provided very good service and nice cleaning. he was always helpful and made sure our room was super clean each day. he also dressed the bed in different themes daily and always with a smile.

I found a cockroach! It was in the Lebanese and Turkish restaurant. I was offered dessert or wine as compensation, but I refused. This is completely unacceptable in a supposedly high-end place.

The hotel staff were always helpful . The front-of-house staff were amazing at getting taxis and helping with luggage. The hotel was always immaculate and always smelled good!!!

The pool area was sometimes overwhelming. The music was so loud at times, it was difficult to relax.
