excellent breakfast buffet convenient location flavorful indian dishes poor air circulation key system issue missing email
The breakfast buffet was excellent! it had so many options. the location is really convenient, i found everything was close by. i especially liked the food. I tried some amazing indian dishes. they were so flavorful!!!
air circulation inside the room was bad. i had difficulty breathing, and there was no proper ventilation. the key system had an issue. i had to go back to reception three times to sort it out, frustrating. also, i asked for my bill to be sent by email, but i have not received it yet.

convenient shuttle polite staff daily cleaning
The shuttle to the shopping center was GREAT!!! I found the staff very polite. Rooms were cleaned daily. It was a nice touch. The food was AMAZING!!!
The elevator music was slightly repetitive.

Inconsistent Stay
The breakfast had varied options.
Checkout was a problematic experience as my card hold had not been released yet. I had to double and triple check what I already paid. This issue with the credit card hold only happened at this hotel.

poor air difficult breath
the hotel provided easy access to a nearby mall using their transportation.
i was quite disappointed with the room i received. the air circulation was poor and i found it hard to breathe properly inside (maybe it was just my room?). the lack of proper ventilation made it difficult to get a comfortable night's sleep.

decent stay with some issues
friendly staff breakfast buffet wide variety problematic checkout unclean carpets shower hair
the staff were friendly. they were helpful and accommodating, i loved their hospitality. the breakfast buffet was delicious with wide variety of options, it was really good. i would definitely stay here again.
the checkout was problematic. i still have the hold on my card even after checking out. the hold is around 30k try and the bill is 21k. the carpets were not clean enough, they need a change. the shower had someone else's long hair on the wall.
