The breakfast buffet was excellent! it had so many options. the location is really convenient, i found everything was close by. i especially liked the food. I tried some amazing indian dishes. they were so flavorful!!!
air circulation inside the room was bad. i had difficulty breathing, and there was no proper ventilation. the key system had an issue. i had to go back to reception three times to sort it out, frustrating. also, i asked for my bill to be sent by email, but i have not received it yet.

the hotel provided easy access to a nearby mall using their transportation.
i was quite disappointed with the room i received. the air circulation was poor and i found it hard to breathe properly inside (maybe it was just my room?). the lack of proper ventilation made it difficult to get a comfortable night's sleep.

the staff were friendly. they were helpful and accommodating, i loved their hospitality. the breakfast buffet was delicious with wide variety of options, it was really good. i would definitely stay here again.
the checkout was problematic. i still have the hold on my card even after checking out. the hold is around 30k try and the bill is 21k. the carpets were not clean enough, they need a change. the shower had someone else's long hair on the wall.
