The staff proved helpful . my room was very comfy and tidy.. the bed offered amazing pillows. i appreciated the restaurant situated on the 26th floor. It rotates, providing great views.

i found that the streets around the hotel were quite congested. the decor in the room seemed quite dated. additionally, i noticed there was no toothbrush provided, inconvenient.

I appreciated the helpful staff . The food , especially dinner , WAS excellent. I got the club membership and it was worth it. The cleanliness was also great.

I found that the hotel is in need of some refurbishment. The age of the hotel shows , but the overall experience was satisfactory in terms of comfort and services. The location is well located to visit the Creek and old part of the city.

the front desk staff were helpful. deborah and yasir especially worked to ensure my stay was comfortable. the gym was spacious.. it included excellent equipment. breakfast offered a great variety and very good service.

i experienced a problem during checkout. the hotel processed the deposit refund to a different card than the one i used. i hope they improve their refund process.
