consistent quality
helpful staff amazing pillows
The staff proved helpful . my room was very comfy and tidy.. the bed offered amazing pillows. i appreciated the restaurant situated on the 26th floor. It rotates, providing great views.
i found that the streets around the hotel were quite congested. the decor in the room seemed quite dated. additionally, i noticed there was no toothbrush provided, inconvenient.

the room was very well-appointed with wide windows offering nice sea views. it had super clean and cozy furnishings. the bathroom featured separate sauna and spa facilities.

Decent accommodation with some issues
helpful staff excellent food hotel age overall comfort
I appreciated the helpful staff . The food , especially dinner , WAS excellent. I got the club membership and it was worth it. The cleanliness was also great.
I found that the hotel is in need of some refurbishment. The age of the hotel shows , but the overall experience was satisfactory in terms of comfort and services. The location is well located to visit the Creek and old part of the city.

solid stay
helpful staff great variety
the front desk staff were helpful. deborah and yasir especially worked to ensure my stay was comfortable. the gym was spacious.. it included excellent equipment. breakfast offered a great variety and very good service.
i experienced a problem during checkout. the hotel processed the deposit refund to a different card than the one i used. i hope they improve their refund process.

the room was spacious and clean. high-quality furnishings and luxurious bedding are included. the rooms are thoughtfully designed.

the breakfast buffet included many options to suit different tastes. i could find fresh fruits, pastries, and made-to-order omelets. traditional dishes were available as well. the quality and presentation were good.

the hotel is near a metro station. the hotel is also close to buses and markets. this made getting around convenient. many attractions are easily accessible from this spot.
