The location is perfect. It is very close to many attractions. The breakfast offered fresh food. It was varied with great options. The room was very comfy and tidy.

The refrigerator was not working in the apartment. I have not yet received the deposit refund. I had to request a receipt from my bank and contact customer support. Some staff were mean and rude.

wonderful breakfast excellent service kind staff perfect location

The hotel offered a wonderful breakfast. Amora provided excellent service (I especially appreciated her attention to detail). The staff members, including Suresh, Montano, Sandwep, Karen, Janet, and Rita, were very kind and helpful. I found the location perfect for accessing various attractions.

The shower head was fixed. I would have preferred an adjustable one.

The hotel pool has comfortable loungers and a shaded area. The fitness center includes three treadmills and several stationary bikes. A dedicated concierge service assisted with bookings and travel tips.

The breakfast had a large assortment of options with many choices. Ojos café has professional waitresses who are very helpful (jeni and zin were great!). The lounge on the 14th floor offered great service with attention and kindness.

solid hotel experience

convenient location high standard

I found the hotel location quite convenient, offering easy access to nearby attractions. housekeeping consistently maintained a high standard of cleanliness, which i greatly appreciated. i was pleased with the efficient service. Staff promptly addressed my requests. the room was well-equipped with all the necessary amenities.

the check-in process felt somewhat slow and disorganized, and i waited longer than expected. there was a strong perfume used heavily in the entrance, and it was quite terrible for me, causing some discomfort and affecting my initial impression.

my classic king room featured a comfortable king-sized bed and a seating area. the bathroom included both a shower and a bathtub, a really nice touch. daily housekeeping ensured a tidy space, a big plus.

The constant traffic noise was hard to ignore. i thought the glazing to the rooms needed improvement. It was very noisy. check-in was slow too. only one staff member was working, a long wait.

great selection smartwatch connection steam room

The gym provided everything i needed for my workout, even exceeding expectations. there were plenty of free weights and a great selection of cable machines. the cardio equipment was especially noteworthy. It easily connected to my smartwatch for heart rate tracking. i also used the steam room and sauna. The spa area had a calm design.

the water pressure in the taps was very low! i found this particularly inconvenient after a long day. it was quite frustrating.
