dirty bathroomlate shuttle

the room i had WAs clearly not cleaned properly. there were hairs on the bathroom floor, and the shower had a used bar of soap still there. it's just lazy cleaning and indicates a lack of attention to detail. also, the shuttle service SUCKS. it was late and i had to call multiple times to find out where it WAS. no apology was given, just rude.

Both drivers kept me feeling secure. the front desk personnel exhibited true professionalism and warmth. i discovered zaim in the restaurant, attending to every need with grace. i admired krishna and istahsa, the room attendants, for providing extra towels and swift clean-up.

the shower water didn't regulate perfectly, switching between hot and cold.

the buffet breakfast had necessary basic protein. the free shuttle service to and from the airport offered easy access to the metro station (it was very convenient!).

The staff at the reservation desk were not friendly. after i finished check-in, i had to wait a while for a room to become available. It seemed they were careless.

The water pressure in the bathroom was low. It was difficult to rinse shampoo.
